Using NetDiagram, is it possible to add a header and a title to a diagram so that it's always centered at the top of the diagram?

You could add a Transparent shapenode to display the title, and set it Locked so that user cannot select it. Another option is to handle the DrawBackground event: in JavaApplet mode you could assign a JavaScript function to DrawBackgroundScript, and draw the header and title from there using the Java Graphics2D API.
