Hello, maybe someone can help me here.  I have searched the on-line help and forum but can't figure out how to do this on the fly.

I have a timetable view, and have added GroupByResource.  I have added resources to the schedule and calendar objects.  I also can add items and assign the appropriate resource so they appear correctly on the schedule.

But, if I want to simply drag an item, with an already assigned resource, on the schedule from one day to another, it only allows you to drop it onto another day/time as grouped by the same resource.   

While I can modify the resource through editing the item via a form, I cannot simply drag and drop the item onto a different resource column in the timetable view.
 
Any tips on how you could drag and drop it onto a different resource grouping and which events would need to be handed to clear the existing item resource and assign the new resource to that item?
