Shadow Blur Property

I think it will be nice to add Blur Property to the shadow. as the blurred shadow will give professional look for the nodes.

We'll try to implement it, at least in GDI+ mode. If you are already using GDI+, you might try setting a smaller ShadowColorAlpha value to make the shadow color semi-transparent.
