CreateImage() does not render LaneGrid?

Hi,

It seems that the LaneGrid is not rendered when I call CreateImage().  This seems strange so I apologize if it actually renders it but I don' see it! Any idea what I could be doing wrong?

Hi,

It's rendered in my tests when EnableLanes is set. However with HookHeaders enabled the headers won't appear on the same position as on screen - are you using this property?
