Draw Annotations to a drawing?

Hi !

Is there a way to draw annotations to a drawing? The user should be able to add some kind of comments to his drawing.

Something like the yellow one in this picture:


Would be great to have a box with an arrow attached to point to a spezific area.

thatīs what Iīm searching for.

Why donīt you add it directly for easier usage?
I think there are some other guys who need such functionality  Smiley
