Containernodes losing attached nodes

I have just started using containernodes which looks very useful.

However, I have come across a problem. I have a container node with various shapenodes children.

When I have no links the container node has them all within the container bounds. I can also see that I have 3 attached nodes by showing SubordinateGroup.attachednodes.count. after I add some links (programatically) the shapenodes have moved out of the bounds of the container and now I have only 1 attached node.

Any suggestions how I am supposed to add links so that it does not lose the attached nodes.

Hi,

I can't imagine how child nodes can move out of the container if you only add links. Are you calling any other methods of the control after creating links?
