Vertical Ruler division length

Hi Stoyan,

I'm using the ruler in standard inch unit. I noticed in 100% zoom level, the ruler shows 8 divisions. For horizontal bar, the longest division bar is in middle(half inch position), however the vertical ruler shows the longest division bar at 5/8 position. Is there any way to change that to show half inch bar longest? Thanks,
