Bent arrow - how do I avoid this

Hi,

Occasionally, I get results similar to the attached screenshot.
The arrowhead is positioned at a rather odd angle.
The screenshot shows a circular shape, but it also happens with rounded rectangles.

Any suggestions on why this might happen and what I might do to prevent it?

Thanks in advance.

Jim

Hi,

Is that collector label an attached node? If it is, auto-routed links will go around it as in the image. You could either move it further to the left to avoid the NodeVicinity* penalty costs applied by the auto-routing function, or set its Obstacle property to false if you don't care about links crossing it.

I hope that helps,
Stoyan

Hi,

Yes "Collector" was an attached node, and did move it further to the left as you suggested.

Worked just fine.

Thanks for the tip.
