Hi,

I currently have a product key that works with version 3.2.x. Going with the latest version, I switched to the trial version. Do I have to order a new key? Or is it the method for passing the key to the diagram that has changed?

Hi,

Upgrades are free for a year after you purchase a license. From what I can see, that's until Nov 2017 for your company. If you have created an account at our clients portal (login link at top of mindfusion.eu main page), you can find listed there versions for which your key works along with download links. If you wish to renew upgrades and support, please contact 'sales@' email address for discounted renewal price.

We can't find our identifiers anymore, we're sorry.

Anyway, we need a version >= 6.5.2 (released in October 2018) for the excel export. We'll need a new key.
