Hi,

There's no built-in support at this time. You can only set TextStyle to rotate link's Text value.

ItemLabel ultimately inherits from UIElement, so you could probably apply your own rotation to some extent (e.g. it won't be saved automatically in diagram files) by setting the UIElement.RenderTransform property.
