Gets the bounds of the specified element.

 Parameters

element

HTMLElement. The element to check.

parent

Optional.

HTMLElement. The parent of the element. If supplied, the returned bounds will be relative to the parent element bounds.

includeScroll

Optional.

Boolean. For internal use.

 Return Value

Rect. The bounding rectangle.
