targetUnit

The target MeasureUnit instance.

sourceUnit

The source MeasureUnit instance.

value

A double value that should be converted.

axis

A member of the Axis enumeration specifying whether the value represents a horizontal or a vertical dimension.

param

An object providing device resolution information.

The converted value.

 Remarks

param can be set to either Graphics, IGraphics, DiagramView or IResolution object.
