I'm using MasterChart to draw several line charts. I'm setting the chart type to line with points. A point appears at the Y-axis though no zero value is any in the data arrays. Should this be so?

A possible solution is that some of the arrays with data for the one axes has more data than the array for the other axes. In this case the control adds automatically values starting from 0. Is this your case?

When the data is less than the labels, the control completes the data with automatic values so that all labels have an equivalent data and could be drawn. Another solution would be to drop out those labels that do not have a numerical data, but we consider it important to draw all labels since the user has set them.
