If you use the timetable view, you can increase the TimetableSettings.MaxAllDayItems to as much as you need visible. You can detect whether '...' is clicked by handling the HiddenItemClick event, then you might display all items in your own menu or form.

In other views there are as much items shown as there is space in the day's cell.

You could increase the size of the cells or decrease the size of the items to have more items fit in a day. You could again handle HiddenItemClick and show all items in a dialog or change the CurrentView to Timetable to see the items displayed by they start and end hours.
