We do not have WebForms flowchart components yet.

The FlowChart.NET control comes with a class library that lets you create flowchart images and html image maps. You could use the Hyperlink property of the flowchart items to assign hyperlinks of scripts to your orgchart items - take a look at the WebApp sample to see how that works. However that approach does not allow users to edit the diagram on the client side.
