Upgrade problems with .licx file

I have just upgraded to FC.net ver 4.2.2, but my forms do not want to open...whenever I try to build my project I get the following error:

Unable to resolve type 'MindFusion.Diagramming.Winforms.FlowChart, FlowChart.NET, Version=4.2.1.26908, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=a0d18338041985ba'
D:\OreLogy_StratSched\Orelogy_StratSched\My Project\licenses.licx

Make sure the project correctly references the new dll. E.g. select the flowchart.net.dll in Solution Explorer \ References, press Alt+Enter and see the build number. Also try setting PublicKeyToken=null in the licx file.
