I purchased FCX at last, But

I purchased FCX activeX 4.1 at last.

But Installation failed. --;

I use the same install method that early learned from You.

At delphi2006 , in toolPalette, component is not seen.

What's wrong with this product. I'm disappointed.

If you used the Standard edition trial version and now have purchased the Pro edition, you will need to re-import it again because they have different CLSIDs. Or did you first install the licensed version and then remove the trial one? - That might remove some needed registry keys.

Do you mean the FlowchartX installer fails, or after you install the control on your system you cannot add it to the Delphi palette? If the latter, try removing the old wrapper unit that Delphi created for FlowChartX (a .bpl file if I remember correctly) from the Delphi lib folder; the unit file might be corrupted or contain a wrong class id. Then import FlowchartX again.

Does Delphi display any error message when you import the control?

Yes, any error message is not shown.
but the control is not appeared in the ActiveX page in the palette window. --;

My Install Method here ...
-------------------------------------------------
- create a new Package project
- select Component \ Import component
- select ActiveX \ FlowChartX
- build the project
- select Component \ Install package and select the package you've just built
- the control will appear in the ActiveX page in the palette window.

Does Delphi let you install any ActiveX controls to the palette now?

Yes it is.

Like what, MyDAC(CoreLab) and Raize Component activeX is well installed with delphi2006 at today.

Of course, Above Component is littile different from the install method of FCX.

We can't reproduce this in our Delphi 2007 evaluation copy. Do you have a public IP address where we could connect using terminal connection, to test that with your Delphi copy? If yes, please send me the IP and login info to our support email address and our developer will check what happens.

If there is something wrong with the FlowchartX installation on your system, this problem should happen with other IDEs too. Have you tried adding the control to the VB6 or VS.NET palettes?

Have you actually run the FlowchartX setup on your PC? Just copying the dll and calling regsvr32 won't work, because there are some design-time registry keys required to use the control from in design mode.

By the way, Delphi 2007 filters the controls visible in the palette according to the current context, and shows FlowChartX only when there is a form open. If you have only the Package project opened, without any forms, FlowChartX remains hidden.
