OK with Delphi 2007, It is shown.

But I dont know the reason of fail with delphi2006, Not Yet.
And We dont have any license of delphi 2007. --;

And we could find only Delphi 2007 available for download from the Borland's site. What happens if you use the Import Type Library command instead of the Import Component one in Delphi 2006? If there aren't changes in the Delphi file format, you might also try to install the package built with Delphi 2007 into the Delphi 2006 palette.
