I can't stress how great it would be to have this feature, does it exist now?

It seems Mono implements System.Drawing and Windows.Forms libraries. We'll see if we can build the FlowChart.NET assemblies using the Mono version of the libraries and let you know the result.

We've tried running one of the sample projects under the Mono version that comes with OpenSuse 10.3. This displayed a "NOT IMPLEMENTED YET: GdipTransformPoints(...)" in the MonoDevelop output pane and the application crashed. We'll check if there is some newer version of Mono that implements that method, or will try to replace TransformPoints with several TransformPoint calls.

We have made some progress - now you can load the control in a Mono application, and it works fine with MeasureUnit == Pixel, as long as the scroll position and zoom factor do not change 8) Apparently translate- and scale- transformations are not yet fully implemented in the Mono' System.Drawing library. We'll see if we can work around that too.

By the way, is anyone else interested in a Mono version of Flowchart.NET?

I'm surprised simple transforms aren't there yet, those are probably 10 minutes of work on their part.

I guess I am the only vocal proponent of FlowChart.NET in mono at the moment. There must be others who are not using this board, but who knows.

In answer to Stoyan,

We have no immediate use for Mono FlowChart libraries, however it would be fantastic to know they work when we (get around to) porting to Linux, it would take an enormous chunk out of our architecture effort

We are very interested in getting FlowChart.net to work in Mono for Linux. In my experience, it already works in Mono in Windows.

Thank you,
Serge
