	Its seems the AllowUnAnchoredLinks property behaves exactly the opposite, am I the only one experience this behavior? Very strange

	... additionally, try this with SnapToAnchor set to OnCreateOrModify.

	my bad, i cant reproduce the problem when i start from scratch with a blank form, so I loaded a property grid and it seems i have a bug somewhere that reset the flag one extra time. anyway, thanks for the quick reply.
