If I create the diagram and set
DiagramView.ZoomToFit
just to show the view proper in size.
after this is this possible to resize the whole DiagramView to set Current Zoomed view as it is original.

because I am getting trouble with scroll bar and zoom functionality which i will use later once the view is shown properly.


Please help me I am trying to this for long time

Do you need to set the diagram region visible in the view as diagram.Bounds? You do that by  calling diagram.Bounds = view.ClientToDoc(view.ClientRectangle).
