CreateImageHtml not creating maps for IconOnly

I am creating an image map and all is well except, Shapes that are IconOnly are not coming out in the map even though I have set the Hyperlink Property.

Any help greatly appreciated

By IconOnly do you mean ones with Transparent set to true?
