Shape Node act as background image

Hi

I am having diagram view with many shape nodes with custom images. Now I need to make one of the shape node to act as background image and there i should be able to palce other shapenodes on top of the background image shapenode.

Is it possible? if so pls post me the sample code

Its an urgent pls reply ASAP
