	When I delete a container , that container has child nodes the container delete and the children as well but when I am checking the xml file I found them ( children) still in the xml file and also they loaded in the digram but invisible

	You could unfold the container before deleting it to make the child nodes visible, or set container.SuboardinateGroup.AutoDeleteItems = true to delete them together with the container. I hope that helps, Stoyan
