how to implement fad in-fad out effect.

Hi,
how can i implement fad in -fad out effect on window. i want that when i hover mouse any node  a window should appear with "fad in" effect.  and when i remove mouse from the node window disappear with fad out effect.

You might run an animation on the window's Opacity property.
