Free movement in top/left direction.

The problem is - I can move any node to any right/bottom direction, but I can't move nodes to left/top direction outside the diagram border (see ResizeToFitItems method). Also if any node is moved outside the diagram border it's impossible to scroll the diagram to see the moved node.

I would like to use diagram in a fully transparent way with no limitation, move nodes to any direction without any "virtual" borders and to be able to scroll to any nodes.
How to solve that? Is there some kind of unlimited border bode?

Set Diagram.AutoResize = AllDirections;
