In general (...) a WorktimeCellSize property would be very handy.

Where I would use a large CellSize for Worktime and a small CellSize for the non-worktime.

[BTW: I removed the images so the forum design stays usable]

Implementing variable cell size can be very challenging because the view performs various calculations based on the assumption that the cells have constant size throughout the whole view.
