Export and Print The Diagram (Read 4745 times)

	HI I am using Vs 2010 , and Silverlight 4.0 In silverlight 4 Print option is there so i used to print the Diagram, my question whether Diagramlite will support print FUnctionality default? because what i need is if my Diagram is huge it should automatically wrap and go to the Next page, previously we are used GoDiagram in Windows it behave like that, so samething expecting here, another one is Export current we created the service and passing the xmlNode and Save as the image then i am showing the image, is it possible any easy way to export the diagram to any image format, did you have any plan for this activity? thanks murugan

	Hi, Printing will be available in V1.5 next month. At this time you can create a PNG on the client side, or any other image format supported by .NET on the server. Stoyan

	Hi As you said earlier u r going to release the Beta version of the control this week when will we get the Dlls for testing the client side Export and Printing Functionality ... Thanks Regards sachin

	This version adds Diagram.Print() method: https://mindfusion.eu/_beta/diaglite15_print.zip It requires the released Silverlight 4 RTW version. I hope that helps, Stoyan

	HI I tried printing it is working fine.. Good Work :) also i need Client side Export , currently i am doing server side export, if i get that one also it is very good for our project.... Thanks sachin

	I'm afraid we can't do anything about client side image export, until Silverlight provides some image encoders. What you can do is call CreateImage to get a WritebleBitmap representing the diagram, and then save that as an image using a third party library, e.g. check this: http://blog.blueboxes.co.uk/2009/07/21/rendering-xaml-to-a-jpeg-using-silverligh...
