Citrix scrolling issue

We have a customer that is trying to use our diagram over Citrix over a slower connection. Sometimes scrolling the window can take up to a minute.

Is there any way to disable the window content scrolling while moving the scrollbars? i.e. only redraw after the mouse has been released?

Any other suggestions?

We could add some property to let you disable repainting when ScrollEventArgs == ThumbTrack. ThumbTrack scroll events are sent while the user is dragging the scrollbar's thumb, I suppose that's when you need to stop redrawing the view?
