Any way to controls the position of the start and end point when an arrow is drawn between two boxes??

I want to lock the start and end point to the center of the long side of the boxes, using the TreeLayout

You could create an AnchorPattern with points at the box long side centers and then run TreeLayout with its ArrowAnchoring property set to ancKeep
or ancReassign, depending on whether the link ends should stay at initially specified anchor points.
