In the demo program, the very first simple flow diagram shows selection handles when the cursor is moved over a box (or other shape).

How is this accomplished? Is there a property setting or was this done programatically?

I think the demo shows anchor points when the mouse hovers over a node; you can set ShowAnchors = saAuto to get that effect. If you need the same for adjustment handles, set ModificationStart = mdAutoHandles.
