Is there possibility to prevent ndoes from overlapping each and other?

For instance, in container node there are other containerNodes and shapenodes within the "main" container... problem is that shapenodes that are not related to inner container(s) are overlapping the containers (see attachment).

(the N1 shouldn't be over Container3; should be above it or somewhere else... {N1 is NOT Attached to Container3})

If you are using LayeredLayout to arrange the container's children, try setting the layout.IgnoreNodeSize property to false.
