Can't view all nodes after using "layout"

I have a relatively big drawing with lots of nodes.
I can't view all nodes after using "layout" function (the scrolling bar is not going all the way right or down, unless I select all nodes and move them a little bit.

How can I solve this issue.

Call diagram.ResizeToFitItems() after layout.Arrange().
