hi, why ClearAll method not trigger ArrowDeleted or BoxDeleted ? it is a bug or its not implemented by design ?

It's by design. You won't get BoxDeleted/BoxCreated events as well when loading from a file and replacing current boxes with ones from the file. You can count this as a full reset for your diagram, and say replace your entire dataset with a new one instead of deleting its records one by one from events.
