Hi!

How/What will you do when Silverlight comes to an end, are you working on any replacement to Silverlight in Web applications?

Hi,

We already have an HTML5 Canvas version of the control here:
http://mindfusion.eu/jsdiagram.html

and ASP.NET /MVC versions that use the JavaScript library as front-end:
http://mindfusion.eu/netdiagram.html
http://mindfusion.eu/mvcdiagram.html

I hope that helps,
Stoyan

We have started to look into this but need to go to Silverlight 5 meanwhile. We have bought your DiagramLite 2.0 for Silverlight 4 and the question is if we need to buy the DiagramLite for Silverlight 5 or is that already included as upgrade in some way?

We first added Silverlight 5 assemblies for the version 2.3 release. If you were on active maintenance at that time, you should have access to it from your account page at the clients area on our site. I think  you can use Silverlight 4 assemblies in Silverlight 5 applications anyway.

I hope that helps,

Hi Stoyan,

(I'm Patriks colleague so I think it's ok that I "hi-jack" his thread  Grin)

Where can we find a trial for v.2.3? This in order to test our current code together with Silverlight 5.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Mikael,

Judging by your email address, your company has a license for our ASP.NET diagram control with source code, so you should be able to rebuild the DiagramLite2010 solution included with it for Silverlight 5 (by changing target framework in project properties). If you have lost the code, you can now download it from your account page at http://clientsarea.eu/.

I hope that helps,
Stoyan
