Can we add a URL to node?

Hi,

I have a query regarding how we can add a URL to node text, on-clicking of the text we should be able to redirect to the given URL, is it possible?

If whole text should act as a hyperlink you could redirect to the URL from nodeClicked event handler. If you need links embedded among other text, try version from this post -
