How to re-arrange parts of a diagram

I have a digram that is a forest, i.e. contains multiple roots. I would like to re-arrange one of the trees, while preserving the layout of others. Right now the TreeLayout class seems to re-arrange the entire diagram.

Try setting the TreeLayout.Root property and enable KeepRootPosition. That should rearrange only the specified branch, but it will ignore the positions of other trees in the diagram and could lead to some overlapping nodes.
