Creating a toolbox window

Is it possible to create a toolbox of my predefined shapes in one (mdi child) window and be able to drag and drop these to either of three flowCharts I located in other windows.     I have looked at the shapetoolbar but this needs to be associated to a single flowchart and even then it does not work if its placed in a different window to the flowchart.

Many thanks

Brian

Hi,

You could create something similar to the shapes ListBox shown in the FlowCharter example. Look in the Sample\C#\Flowcharter or Sample\VB.NET\Flowcharter folder for the source code.

That example creates the shape images by drawing boxes in a hidden flowchart object, then it lets you create new boxes via drag and drop from the listbox to the flowchart canvas.

I hope that helps,
Stoyan
