Is it not possible fill the parent with the design surface (the area with the grid)?

Seems like the width can't be bigger than 800. There is not possibility of fill with the surface and limit the zoom to the surface measures?

Set large enough Diagram.Bounds, and the diagram should fill the parent. It is the Bounds' size returned as result during the WPF measure pass.
