Linking to the TestPlanner's dll that defines this function and calling it to associate the flowchart's window with its COM control interface should be possible from other languages and environments, e.g. plain C WinAPI applications, Delphi, etc. In any case, you will have to modify your project to reference the TestPlanner dll and call this function if TestPlanner cannot recognize the control automatically.
