Hello
I would like to ask why page coming out with diagram which is Java applet instance show alert message said

Do you want to run this application?
an unsigned application from the location below is requesting permission to run, it looks like Java application with no certificate (Unsigned)

My potential clients worry about that, BTW Java had been updated to latest version,it's still the same.

Many thanks

Hi,

We sign the applet since version 5 of NetDiagram, check if you aren't running your application with older version of the jar file. Also the last release can run without showing warnings only if you use Java 7 update 45:

I hope that helps,
Stoyan

Hello,
Thanks for your message, I had updated latest version of Mindfusion 2013 R2 and Java 1.7-48.
when I restart IIS, the aspx file takes too long to load diagram view, then cannot see the diagram.
I had changed JDiagram.jar from installed folder named CLR4.
what should I do?
Many thanks

Have you also updated your project's references to use latest dll files?

Yes, I did upgrade all references in bin folder and rebuild website,

my environment is
-windows server 2003R2
-ASP.NET 4

the steps i did as following,
0.update java to 1.7-48
1.I did change all mindfusion references in bin folder
2.replace JDiagram.jar from CLR4
3. rebuild website
4. restart iis
5. open the aspx page containing diagramview
6. appear loading for long time, cannot show diagram

what should i do? I am trying to update 4.X trial version to latest version.

Many thanks

The last Java version we have tried is Java 7 update 45, if there's an update 48 available now, our developers will test with it tomorrow.

What browser are you using, and can you see any errors shown in the Java console? Also try running some of the Netdiagram's Java mode sample projects to see if they work on your system.

If you don't need some feature available only in applet mode, try using Canvas mode instead. It already covers a lot of what the Java applet can do, and we'll be making it the default mode starting with next release.

Hello,
the problem is in Java Cache in client side, following the tutorial in the following to clean cache, then reload page, the diagram can be shown on screen.

http://www.java.com/en/download/help/plugin_cache.xml

thanks, probably this can be for your note guide if your client needs to upgrade from old version to latest one.

Cheesy
