Returns the bitwise 'AND' of the specified numbers.

BITAND( Integer x, Integer y ) → Integer |
This function calculates the bitwise 'AND' of its arguments, that is, the value of each bit position is 1 only if both parameter's bits at that position are 1.
If either argument is less than 0 or greater than or equal to (2^48), BITAND returns the #NUM! error value. If an argument is not an integer number, the argument is converted automatically.
